The Toronto Street location required close coordination between design, construction, and operational requirements to transform the space into a highly functional restaurant while maintaining OEB’s unique aesthetic.

Delivering a project of this nature requires careful planning, scheduling, and continuous coordination throughout construction. From pre-construction through completion, we manage trades, suppliers, consultants, inspections, site conditions, and project costs to keep the build progressing efficiently. We identified and addressed challenges, which allowed us to maintain design intent and construction quality without losing sight of the restaurant’s operational needs.
